FIRST COURT — TERMS OF SALE
Updated 26 October 2026
1. About us
This website is operated by First Court UK, trading as FIRST COURT. Our business and returns address is 28 Parkville Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 2GQ, United Kingdom. Contact support@firstcourt.co.uk for product questions, orders and complaints.
2. Products and prices
Product descriptions, bundle contents and prices are shown on each listing. Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Standard UK delivery is £9.99. We are not currently VAT registered and do not charge VAT separately. Product images illustrate the goods; screen settings can affect colour appearance. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
3. Ordering and payment
Please check your items, quantities, email and delivery address before paying. Use the payment methods available at checkout. We will email an acknowledgement after you order. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item and any applicable delivery charge without undue delay. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Delivery and availability
Our current Standard UK delivery estimate is 3–5 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. We may arrange direct delivery from a fulfilment partner, but FIRST COURT remains responsible to you for your order. We will tell you about a known delay and explain your options. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier. If delivery is not made within an agreed essential deadline, or within a reasonable additional period where required, you may exercise your legal cancellation rights.
5. Cancellation and returns
For most online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Email support@firstcourt.co.uk with your order number and decision to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For cancellation of a whole order, we refund the basic outbound delivery cost as required by law. Refunds are made using the original payment method within the applicable legal deadline; we may wait until goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied, whichever is earlier. See our Return and Refund Policy for full instructions.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. We cover reasonable necessary return costs where the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Do not return goods directly to a supplier unless we have agreed the arrangement with you.
7. Customer support and liability
We aim to resolve enquiries fairly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. These terms do not limit remedies available under applicable consumer law.
8. Privacy and website use
We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing necessary order and delivery information with service providers who help fulfil your purchase. Please use the site lawfully and respect our content and the rights of others.
9. Changes and applicable law
The terms shown when you order apply to that order. Later updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live in the UK.
