Returns & Refunds

At FIRST COURT, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Email support@firstcourt.co.uk for help with products or orders.

Changed Your Mind?

If you purchase from us online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us through our Contact page within the 14-day cancellation period.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may inspect the products as you would in a shop. However, if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact FIRST COURT through our Contact page.

  2. Provide your order number and the item you wish to return.

  3. Let us know whether you're cancelling your order or reporting a problem with the product.

  4. We'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return address: First Court UK, 28 Parkville Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 2GQ, United Kingdom. Contact us if you need help arranging a return.

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you pay the direct cost of returning items.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will meet our legal obligations, including reasonable return costs where applicable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs to help us investigate.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation under the 14-day cooling-off rules, we will refund the price of the cancelled goods and any qualifying standard outbound delivery charges.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where goods have not yet been dispatched, different refund timing rules may apply.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different racket or product, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
