Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Email support@firstcourt.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return postage and condition

You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind cancellation. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will meet our legal obligations, including reasonable return costs where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we refund the cancelled goods and qualifying standard outbound delivery costs. Premium delivery charges above the standard amount are not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Payment providers may take additional time to display the refund.
